WE PEOPLE OF THIS WORLD ARE VERY PROUD WITH 21st century medicines in the market to cure our health problems.
medicines are life saving.
while we buy medicines we should take care the expiry date of the medicine.
2. is it original from the M N C company . it is not necessary to buy from only reputed big giant hospitals connected pharmacy.
we can buy with any good medical pharmacy.
the pharmacy owned by any medical hospitals must confirm that the staffs are having adequate knowledge and a pharmacist degree holder.
since they are playing with human life. while dispersing the medicines they should not give any medicine than prescribed .
now a days we know the doctors and pharmacy are all controlled by medical board.
but it is not functioning properly as a common body for all people. it is one way
office ,and keep support their panel doctors and their medical shops.

many medical hospitals owned by doctors connected with pharmacy shop.it is not only to ease the purchase of medicines but also a plan to gain profit. medicines are bringing huge profits.yes most of the pharmacy sell generic medicines than the M N C COMPANY PRODUCTS.
EVEN IF WE BUY FROM A PHARMACY CONNECTED TO VERY BIG HOSPITAL OF THE CITY ,WHICH WILL ALSO HAVE GENERIC ITEMS SALE.THEY ALSO NOT HAVING ALL MEDICINES FOR THEIR DOCTORS PRESCRIPTIONS.SO THE PHARMACY EMPLOYEE GO WITH NEAR BY MEDICAL SHOPS AND EFFECT THE SUPPLY WITH OUT CONCERN ABOUT MNC COMPANY PRODUCTS.
MANY DUPLICATE MEDICINES SELL IN THE MARKET WITH THE SAME HAALOGRAM ALSO TYPICAL TO M N C COMPANY PRODUCTS.
SO PEOPLE MUST BE VER CAREFUL IN BUYING.
FOR EXAMPLE IN INDIA AT CHENNAI LEADING PHARMACY ARE OPERATED WITH M,ANY BRANCHES HAVING THEIR HEAD QUARTERS AT HYDERABAD ,THE OTHER PROVINCE IN INDIA.PATHETIC IS THOUGH THERE ARE MANY BIG MEDICAL HOSPITALS INCLUDING THE GOVERNMENT OWNED.
EVEN WITH A HUGE PROFIT WHY GOVERNMENT IS HESITATING TO OPEN THEIR SHOPS TO SERVE THE PEOPLE IS IN QUESTION ? NO ANSWER TILL DATE.BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT IS RUNNING TO TAKE CARE OF POLITICIANS WELFARE NOT FOR PUBLIC/PEOPLE OF THAT NATION SHOULD ALSO TO BE NOTED.

Royalty to Google and others

This is my own suggession to Government’s and Ruler’s in this world:-.... My Dear sirs, I wish to suggest that all government’s in all nation’s including U N O has to convey their thanks to Google and and word press and others. Google and others were doing business and dominating in all spheres of business in all nation. We all know Google is the number one search engine used by all on the earth. so let us salute to Google and others on Internet as developers and promoters of any business with their best solutions paving way to huge amount of Foriegn exchange in to all countries. In this Paypal and Forex were doing a very good job. They do pay payments to Governments properly. These companies provide a best solution to Electronic fund transfer. so these companies collect and pay the money in the respective country money version when we need. so they hold dollars,euro and all types of money in their banking solutions. If they are asked to remit the money in the version as they recieve (whether dollar,euro,or other currencies,) to any individual account specified to do the fund transfer then the individual have the possibility to get additional income on their dollars,euro,or other currencies. But this option of changing/converting in to currencies of their nation from dollars,euro,and other currencies is not available. So people get lesser money / as per the currency conversion table of the day he/she need the fund transfer. Government and Individuals has to show interest on this matter. 2.Government’s and rulers(kindom’s) were has to start pay not less than 4% of the transactions (fund transfer’s). since the way to get foriegn currencies in to the Bank’s owned by Government . The way paved for this by Google and other’s on Internet. How I claim/justify this payment to Google and others from Government’s in all countries is correct ? please read the following matter. You will also accept and recommend this payment to google and others on Internet yeilding Foriegn currencies in to the country. For example, a person buy a car or an equipment manufactured in a foriegn country also have sales outlet in other countries ,and he/she makes the payment , for example in U S Dollars ,than government gives 4% duty excemption from the payment because of the interest in getting the payment in foriegn currency. for example an equipment at 25 lakhs after all discounts and a person buy 4 nos then it comes to one crore to pay. He / she pay in singapore dollars/us dollars /or in foriegn currencies than he/ she is eligible for tax excemption up to 4%. This a benefit to buyer. similarly Google and others causes /paves way to foriegn dollars in to our banking than the government has to take initiative to pay some percentage from 2% to 4% as - promotional incentives for bringing in forieg Dollars/currencies. I feel this payments can be applicable to Paypal,Forex,and all other Indian and foriegn banking Institutions who bring money in as Foriegn currencies. This is my wish and opinion for Thinking on this by all magnanimous Institutions like World bank,U N O, and All Rulers (kingdom’s) and Government’s. I expect World Bank and U N O has to take initiative on this matter to promote all business across the world. This will reflect in Human life and Huanity and friendly reactions with much affection between people from all countries. Hope The world will Think on this and do give their best as early as possible.
